The file (112 KB, documented in German) allows a graphical view on one or more employees of one or more days. Also you see the operation's occupation and the time variance analysis of the chosen subset.

The employees time-clock is a scalable, text-based Gantt graph. The operation's occupation fits to it, though done in a graphical chart (not working in Excel for Macintosh).
